Through my education and career in Organisational Development, together with continual personal and professional development, I have identified the areas of employee engagement, emotional intelligence, feedback and communication to be my specialties.
But my passion and exuberance is where it all comes alive. Igniting clarity and connection; encouraging insight; inspiring positive results and change. That’s where the magic happens!
I get a kick out of clarifying the ‘people’ aspect of business. I do this through delivering theoretical components as well as offering a unique perspective and asking key reflection questions (kind of like therapy but for businesses and teams). After all, to shift culture you need to engage people’s hearts and minds.
We spend so much of our lives at work. Engagement and connection to what we do, for who and why is the essence of our working life. I want people to feel like they’re making a valuable contribution, and have a sense of purpose, achievement and fulfilment in their jobs. Jumping out of bed in the morning, not just to make money to pay the bills – but to make a valued contribution to their team and workplace.
