Through curiosity and awareness, Conscious Leader Circles build the cognitive capacity to hold multiple perspectives at once, to untangle sense-making and evolve ways of thinking.

Unlike one-on-one coaching, group coaching leverages collective wisdom, shared experiences, and peer accountability to drive transformation. It provides a platform for participants to learn from (and about) each other, and builds a supportive network while fostering the environment for ongoing peer-to-peer coaching.
