3 month organisational development change management intensive!

I get a kick out of clarifying the ‘people’ aspect of business. I do this through listening and understanding where your organisation is now and where you’d like it to be. Then together we build the foundations to strengthen the culture of your organisation. We draw a map of how to get from the current state to the desired state and we start the journey together.

SteP 1 – ASK: clarifying exercises to determine the current and desired state

  1. Understanding the organisation
  2. Understanding the employee experience

STEP 2 – LISTEN: identifying gaps through an OD health assessment

  1. Comparing the organisation purpose, goals etc with the employee experience
  2. Where are there discrepancies, alignment and gaps (actual and perceived)
  3. Identify the hotspots and priorities

STEP 3 – UNDERSTAND: exploring the causes through diagnostics

Possible diagnostic tools may include:

  • Employee engagement or pulse surveying
  • Focus groups
  • Employee lifecycle journey mapping
  • 180 or 360 assessments

STEP 4 – ACT: OD change management MAP (implementing solutions)

Possible solutions may include:

  • Clarity coaching workshops
  • Leadership development
  • Connection training, workshops and coaching
  • Communication and feedback frameworks
  • Change management frameworks
  • Mapping employee lifecycle touchpoints
  • Team building exercises
